Participants will practice evaluating ciders from a sensory perspective guided by Hale & True manager and Certified Cider Professional, Claire Trindle. This 90-minute session includes the sensory evaluation of 3 ciders. Participants will learn how to objectively assess cider, empowering them to understand what characteristics they love in cider for their personal consumption. The techniques you will learn in this workshop apply to more than just cider, and can add to your enjoyment of many other beverages as well.
The ticket for this tasting workshop includes 3 samples of cider for evaluation and a full pour of a Hale & True cider to enjoy after the sensory evaluation portion.
