Hale & True is partnering with Di Bruno Bros. and Best of Philly Cheesemonger, David Jeffrey Harper, for an exclusive cider and cheese tasting event!
Join us on Tuesday, September 18th from 6:00-8:00pm for this one-of-a-kind experience. Enjoy a flight of Hale & True cider alongside expertly paired cheeses from Di Bruno Bros., while learning about the process and products from our cidermaker Kerry, and master cheesemonger, David. Kerry and David will walk you through the pairings and be around to chat or answer questions. If you haven't had cider and cheese together before, you are really in for something special. If you have, you know how wonderful it can be!
This private event will be held at the Hale & True taproom, and is limited to 30 tickets. Each ticket includes a flight of cider and cheese pairings. We will also be providing cheese throughout the evening, and cider will be pay-as-you-go after the initial flight.
